Welcome to Fonelab. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services at 35 George St, Tamworth, B79 7AS.
1. Repair Services
- Diagnostics: We provide an initial estimate based on the information you provide; however, the final price may change after a physical inspection of the device.
- Data Loss: While we take every precaution, Fonelab is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. Customers are strictly advised to back up their devices before handing them over.
- Water Resistance: Opening a device for repair will void the original manufacturer’s IP (water-resistance) rating. Fonelab does not guarantee water resistance after any repair.
- Warranty: All repairs come with a [e.g., 90-day] warranty on the specific part replaced. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or software issues following the repair.
2. Online Sales & Accessories
- Product Availability: We make every effort to display accurate stock levels for accessories; however, we reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is unavailable.
- Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
- Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders within [e.g., 1-2] working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Accessories: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have 7 days to return an unused, unopened accessory for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Repair Refunds: If a repair fails within the warranty period, we will attempt to fix the issue at no extra cost. If the device is unrepairable, a refund for the part may be issued, excluding any diagnostic fees.
4. Device Abandonment
- Any device left in our shop for more than 60 days after the repair completion date without payment or collection will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to recycle or sell the device to recover our costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Fonelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the repair or product purchased.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
